What non-personal information do we collect?

Non-personal information, alone, cannot be used to identify or contact you. EMS, Inc. may collect non-personal information about your use of our online services both on our website and in the course of game play and software usage.

When you use our products and services or you play our games or our hosted games, we may collect certain non-personal demographic information including gender, region of the world, feature usage, game server and play statistics and scores, user rankings, information about your computer hardware, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

EMS, Inc. does not store credit card numbers on our servers. Credit card numbers are submitted to a credit card authorization service. This service provides EMS, Inc. with credit card validation information only. We do not have access to your personal financial data.

Public Information Including User Generated Content & Online Forums

You may choose to disclose information about yourself in the course of contributing user generated content to EMS Inc.'s sites or hosted games or in our online chat rooms, message boards, user "profiles" for public view or in similar forums on our sites.
